Project Overview

SMW Restoration has been entrusted with the continued care and restoration of interior and exterior features across the high-profile studio campus in Southern California. The high-security, high-visibility environment that demands discretion, integrity and precision. SMW was entrusted to work within restricted-access areas, where maintaining operational flow and respecting tenant privacy were critical. With a professional team trained for sensitive settings - SMW completed all work to the highest standard while minimizing disruption and adhering to strict site protocols. This project reflects not only SMW’s craftsmanship but also its commitment to professionalism, safety and trust in secure spaces.

Scope of Work

Wood Refinishing & Reconditioning

Locations Serviced:

Common areas, decks, terraces, café spaces and furniture zones

Highlights:

Refinished benches, including high-traffic zones like bridges and terrace
Restored teak patio furniture applying protective teak shield for outdoor durability
Reconditioned wood decks on floor patios, preserving existing finish with light sanding and sealing
Refinished interior wood flooring with water-based satin finish

Metal Refinishing – Elevators & Architectural Features

Tasks Completed:

Full refinishing of elevator interiors, including doors, return panels, header and ceiling panels
Cleaned and re-grained satin stainless steel surfaces across elevator landings and doors
Maintained aluminum louvers and the lobby metal entrance

Stone Maintenance

Surfaces Treated:

Terrazzo lobby floors, café patios, and parking elevator floors
Includes chemical cleaning, machine scrubbing, rinsing and sealing
